About Abby

I’ve been working as a therapist since graduating with my master’s degree in 2017. I’ve worked in every level of care, from crisis and long-term residential, intensive day programming, intensive outpatient programming, to now outpatient work in private practice. I specialize in treating eating disorders and anxiety disorders, and I most enjoy working with teens and young adults as they navigate various life transitions.

As I’ve grown in my career, I’ve developed a passion for supporting pre-licensed clinicians through their supervision process and I’ve expanded this support to include consultation for licensed clinicians who are looking to grow and expand their clinical skills.

What can you expect from supervision with me?

I aim to make supervision a comfortable and safe space for supervisees to get support on client cases and grow in their career. My supervision is grounded in a strong ethical foundation, emphasizing the importance of integrity, confidentiality, and respect for autonomy. I also focus on therapist-as-human issues, and support my supervisees in balancing work and self-care.
