Hello!
I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Abby Hough, and I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in Minnesota. I am also a board-approved supervisor for clinicians seeking licensure and I provide consulting services for professionals looking to grow and thrive in their business.
My experience and interests:
I have experience working in every level of care, including short-term crisis residential, intensive day programming and intensive outpatient programming eating disorder treatment for adolescents, to now being in a private practice outpatient setting. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals struggling with a variety of mental health concerns, including SMPI diagnoses, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, BPD, and more.
My current areas of interest include eating disorders, anxiety disorders, and general life transitions. While I see people across the lifespan, I especially love working with teens and young adults.
